Benefit Coverage
Medical
  • Cotality pays for your coverage under Mediclaim Insurance. You pay a portion of the cost when you use your benefits.
  • Full-time employees receive coverage that includes an annual check up, hospitalization, and maternity benefits.
  • You can choose to cover a spouse, two dependent children and parents or parents-in-law.
Dental & Ophthalmic
  • Coverage for routine dental care & ophthalmic treatment up to ₹20,000
Vision
  • Coverage for LASIK and cataract treatment (conditions applicable)
Group Term Life Insurance
  • Company-paid coverage offered at 5x annual salary
Group Personal Accident Insurance
  • Company-paid coverage offered at 5x annual salary
House Rent Allowance
  • HRA allowance up to 50% for offices in metro cities and 40% for offices in non-metro cities per year
Conveyance Allowance
  • Up to ₹19,200 per year
Provident Fund
  • Plan for retirement and other long-term financial goals by investing in the Provident Fund.
  • Contributions are funded by the employee and the Company.
Retirement National Pension Scheme
  • Employees can elect to contribute up to 10% of basic pay under old tax regime and up to 14% of basic pay under the new tax regime.
Leave and Time Off
  • Employees receive 11 paid holidays (varies by state) and 10 Well-being half days each year to refresh and recharge.
  • Paid time off is available for purposes such as sick, caregiving, maternity, paternity, and bereavement.
  • Volunteer Paid Time Off (VPTO) is offered to take dedicated time to volunteer at a local charity, in addition to Cotality Cares Day, an annual event where employees across the company unite in teams to volunteer within their local communities.

  • Access up to 12 free sessions with top coaches and therapists for you and your dependents through Lyra— available anytime, anywhere to support your emotional well-being during stress, anxiety, grief, or depression.
Well-being Account
  • Employees are given ₹2,600 per quarter (₹10,400 per year) to spend on eligible wellness items and/or services to support their physical, mental, financial, and social health.
