Medical |
You will be able to participate in a private medical insurance plan provided by Vitality and paid for by Cotality. This is a taxable benefit meaning you will pay tax on the value of the premium paid for you and your dependants. Coverage is available to you and to your dependants; you must be enroled to enrol your dependants. |
Dental |
You have the opportunity to enrol in employee-paid Dental Coverage with BUPA. Private dental insurance provides you with cover towards the cost of both routine dental treatment, such as check-ups and scale and polish, and emergency treatment. |
Vision |
As required by UK legislation, Cotality will reimburse the cost of an annual eye check for employees that use computers. To claim your reimbursement, please fill out a reimbursement request in Oracle |
Life Insurance & Disability |
If you die while employed by Cotality, a lump sum of four (4) times your annual reference salary, up to £550,000 will be paid. Coverage ceases on greater of 65 years old or State Pension Age. These benefits are insured with Canada Life and will be paid subject to any restrictions or other conditions imposed by Canada Life. This benefit is fully paid for by the company.
You are also entitled to Group Income Protection. GIP or income protection is designed to provide you with an income if you are unable to work for long periods of time due to illness or injury. This benefit is insured with Unum. |

Retirement Plan |
Cotality provides you with access to a Group Personal Pension scheme administered by Aviva. Cotality will contribute 4% of your pay to your fund on your behalf.
Under the Automatic Enrolment (AE) legislation, employers in the United Kingdom such as Cotality, must automatically enroll eligible employees into the company pension scheme. |
