- Log into the Cotality Benefits Portal
Go to Cotality Benefits Portal and enter your username and password (if you need a reminder of either of these details, they can be reset using the “Forgotten your username and password?” link on the login screen).
Once you have logged on, you may choose your benefits options. If you enrol in Medical coverage you will need to download the Full Medical Underwriting form and submit it to Employee Services. You and your applicable dependants will not be covered until Vitality Approves your form
Visit the Cotality Benefits Portal to enrol in the retirement plan or make changes to your contributions.
Under the Automatic Enrolment (AE) legislation, employers in the United Kingdom such as Cotality, must automatically enrol eligible employees into the company pension scheme. The employee pension levels will remain at 4%, with Cotality contributing 4%. Employees can adjust their contributions via the Employee Benefits portal.
