Open Enrollment 2026 – October 20 to 31, 2025

Open Enrollment for benefits starts October 20. This is your opportunity to review your current elections, make changes for next year, and decide if you want to participate in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) – you must make an election each year. In addition, those enrolled in an HSA-eligible medical plan will have the choice between $400 in their Well-being Account or $400 of employer HSA funding, so be sure to read on so you don’t miss out on that opportunity. Here’s an overview of what’s new and changing for 2026:

  • In-network - $3,200 individual/ $6,400 family
Out-of-Pocket Maximum
  • In-network - $6,400 individual/ $12,800 family
Kaiser High Deductible HMO Plans
IRS-required deductible increases:
  • In-network - $1,700 individual/ $3,400 family
Health Savings Account (HSA) Increase in IRS contribution limit to $4,400 for individual coverage and $8,750 for family coverage.
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) The IRS household maximum contribution to the Dependent Care FSA will increase from $5,000 to $7,500 for 2026.
$400 annual employer contribution Employees that enroll in a high-deductible health plan in 2026 will have the choice between receiving $100 quarterly funds in your Forma Well-being Account or your Health Savings Account (HSA). See here for more information on this new choice.
Supplemental Life Insurance Enrollment Opportunity to increase employee and spouse supplemental life coverage during Open Enrollment without evidence of insurability (EOI):
  • Employee – Elect or increase coverage to the lesser of 3x salary or $500,000
  • Spouse – Elect or increase coverage to $250,000
PetPartners Pet Insurance New pet insurance benefit with PetPartners:
  • Comprehensive coverage including accident and illness with optional wellness coverage for routine vet visits
  • 24/7 vet helpline for immediate support
  • No age-cased coverage increases
  • Coverage for pre-existing conditions after 12 months
