Review your plan and coverage options – Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your benefit choices and make changes for next year. You won't be able to make additional changes in 2026 unless you have a qualified status change.
- Decide if you want to make changes - If you do not take action during Open Enrollment, you will have the same coverage as 2025, with the exception of the FSAs
- Decide if you want to participate in any tax-saving spending accounts – you have to actively enroll to participate
- Health and Dependent Care FSAs
- Health Savings Account (you must be enrolled in the Anthem Consumer Choice HDHP, Anthem Basic HDHP or Kaiser High Deductible HMO – learn more about the HSA)
- You have to actively elect to receive the $400 annual ($100/quarter) employer funding into your HSA in lieu of the Well-being Account. If you don’t choose this during Open Enrollment, you’ll continue to receive the Well-being Account funding in 2026. You cannot change this election midyear.
- Decide if you want to elect supplemental life, AD&D and long-term disability – be sure to review your beneficiary for any life and AD&D coverage
- Get your health screening by November 15 to save $360 on medical premiums for 2026
- If you cover a spouse or domestic partner under your CoreLogic medical plan, review your working spouse surcharge status to be sure it's still up to date.
- Review your tobacco/nicotine status to be sure it's still up to date.
