When you log in to the Cotality Benefits Center at enroll.cotalitybenefits.com, you’ll answer a few simple questions and receive a personalized recommendation based on your unique needs, along with an estimate of your annual health care costs.
Starting October 26, you’ll be asked whether you’d like help choosing your plans during the enrollment process. Select this option to access the decision support tool and receive clear, tailored guidance as you make your 2027 benefit decisions.
