New Hire Enrollment
As a new employee, you are eligible to enroll in your benefits immediately upon hire and will have 31 days to do so. Your benefits coverage start date will be the first of the month following your date of hire.

You can enroll or make changes by visiting the Cotality Benefits Center. Here you also can:

  • View your current benefit elections
  • Update your life and AD&D beneficiaries
  • Change your HSA contribution amount
  • Report a qualifying status change
  • Access Ask Sophia, your virtual benefits assistant
